Client Request
We need one place where we can see everything happening with our projects, whether we are at our desks or on the move. Tracking progress and seeing exactly how many hours we are using is a must. We need a 'main hub' that feels like a part of our own team.

Strategic Design Principles
We removed the "black box" of traditional agencies. Every hour worked and every project epic is visualized in real-time so clients always know where their budget goes.
Built on a "Request-to-Execution" model, the interface allows users to launch new services or swap priorities instantly without hitting administrative walls.
We shifted the focus from simple task lists to high-level resource tracking, giving stakeholders the data they need to make fast, informed decisions.
Pain points
Limited Visibility
Stakeholders struggled to track request status and sprint progress, resulting in frequent manual inquiries.
Resources Consumption
Lack of real-time hour tracking created budget uncertainty.
Fragmented Approvals
Scattered feedback across multiple channels delayed sign-offs.

Problem Statement
Turning complexity into fast decisions
Creative teams and clients struggled with fragmented communication and inconsistent project visibility. Real-time updates on design sprints were either missing or buried in emails. Without a single source of truth, teams wasted 30% of their capacity switching tools and manually tracking hours.
“
We couldn’t see the status of our design requests or sprint hours fast enough, it created serious delays and uncertainty in our product roadmap.

Solution
The Unified Experience
We unified requests, task boards, and hour-tracking into one responsive ecosystem. The Web Dashboard serves as the command center for detailed project management, while the Mobile App functions as the "Action Center" for fast feedback and tracking.
01 - Live sprint insights
Real-time progress bars stay perfectly in sync across the Web and Mobile platforms.
02 - Unified metrics
Hourly consumption and financial data are presented in high detail on the web and simplified for quick viewing on mobile.
03 - Service Catalog
A new "Request New Service" flow improves visibility into available design/dev modules. Users can now launch new initiatives in just a few clicks.
The Blueprint & Evolution
UX Architecture
We mapped the user journey into a low-fidelity structure focusing on a "Dashboard -> Sprint -> Task" hierarchy. We placed the most critical action, the "Request New Service" button, at the top level of navigation to drive engagement.
Wireframe Logic
The wireframe logic for the 'Request New Service' screen prioritizes cognitive load reduction through a progressive disclosure model. We implemented a linear interaction flow to ensure users remain focused on a single objective, initiating a request.
Usability Benchmarks
Key questions
Survey feedback confirmed the success of the dashboard’s "Consumption Tracker." SUS results confirmed the design’s clarity, showing strong alignment with the needs of fast-moving tech teams.
Users successfully initiated a "New Service Request" in under 20 seconds,
The platform achieved an "Excellent" rating on the System Usability Scale
"Direct Review" column eliminated the need for secondary communication tools
Confirmed that centralizing design assets and consumption into a single source of truth
Key Features
Active Sprint Dashboard
Monitor project velocity, hourly consumption, and task status in one central dashboard designed for total transparency.
The Service Catalog
A modular screen that enables users to browse and request specific design or development services (UX/UI, Graphics, Apps) effortlessly.
Real-time Resource Analytics
Stay updated with current vs. estimated hours and monthly budget utilization, all visualized for quick scaling decisions.
Visual Identity
Typography & Colors
We selected the Geist variable font for its extreme legibility across digital interfaces and its geometric, modern feel. It allows users to scan dense project data without visual fatigue. Our palette: Neon Lime (#E7FC00), Electric Purple (#723CEB), and Burnt Orange (#D84C10), was chosen to reflect energy, precision, and the high-end nature of the subscription model.
UI Kit (Components)
High-contrast "Dark Mode" components ensure focus on active tasks. Clean geometry and vibrant accents reflect the "Productized Service" identity crucial for the Uxability experience.
Smarter workflows, faster teams
The new design brings all key metrics into one place
The new design brings all creative metrics into one place, no more switching between Slack, Jira, and email for design approvals. This boosted client retention and helped reduce context-switching by 45%.
“
We needed to fix the lack of visibility in our design pipeline. Now it’s all real-time, our product teams and design partners are finally in sync.

Key Efficiency
+35% Faster approvals
Simplified feedback loops and direct "Review" columns enabled quicker sign-offs on creative deliverables.
-40% Fewer bottlenecks
Centralized sprint tracking helped leads identify and resolve task delays before they impacted the roadmap.
Next Iteration
From insights to intelligence
We are transforming raw sprint data into actionable intelligence, powering continuous improvement for our clients. The upcoming Uxability update will focus on "Predictive Resource Modeling" and AI-driven task estimation to further optimize subscription ROI.
